While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak tourist season (December-February). This ensures your preferred time slot and therapist availability.

Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time to other clients. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Our 17-in-1 Radiant Lift Facial includes: deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydra peel, ultrasonic treatment, radio frequency (RF), facial massage, cool/cryo therapy, red light therapy, and moisturizing mask. It's a complete 60-minute facial rejuvenation treatment.

Treatment times vary:

• Massages: 60-90 minutes
• Radiant Lift Facial (17-in-1): 60 minutes
• Radiant Lift Facial & Neck (23-in-1): 90 minutes
• Body treatments: 60-90 minutes

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to relax and prepare.

Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase.

Tipping is not required but always appreciated for exceptional service. A tip of 10-20% is customary if you're satisfied with your treatment.

We're located at 23/2/1 Plai Laem Soi 4, Bo Put, Ko Samui District, Surat Thani 84320. We're conveniently located near Big Buddha and Plai Laem Temple, easily accessible from all major areas of Koh Samui.

Yes, we have free parking available for all our guests.

We're open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week including holidays. Last appointments are at 7:00 PM.

We provide comfortable clothing for all treatments. For Thai massage, loose comfortable clothing is provided. For oil massages and facials, you'll be draped appropriately for your comfort and privacy.

We offer specialized prenatal massage for expectant mothers after the first trimester. Please inform us when booking so we can arrange an experienced prenatal massage therapist.

Yes! Our staff speaks English fluently and we regularly serve international tourists. We can communicate effectively to ensure you get the treatment you want.

Absolutely! We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All linens are freshly laundered, equipment is sanitized between clients, and our facilities are cleaned regularly throughout the day.
